Jean Dratz, born in Mont Saint Guilbert, Belgium in 1903 and died in 1967, is a painter, draughtsman, illustrator and engraver.
He decorated the flags of Brazil and Chile for the 1935 World's Fair, the Congo Pavilion in 1958, and also created theatre sets.
